Episode 43: Biscuits and Eggs

In episode 43, Rosie and Jessica take over the foyer of the National Theatre to chat about what they’ve been up to, spend quite a lot of time and energy on the subject of biscuits and, if you’re Rosie, eat a courgette cake. There are exhibitions, television marathons and their much anticipated commentary on The Great British Bake Off’s #bincident2014.

You can listen to it on iTunes or online here:

This week’s songs
Jessica has been playing Shine On You Crazy Diamond by Pink Floyd, while Rosie has been torturing her family with Them Heavy People by Kate Bush (not Alan Partridge.)

The V&A’s Wedding Dresses 1775 – 2014 exhibition is on until March 2015.

Top 5 Biscuits
Jessica nominated Oreos, Bourbon Biscuits, Hob Nobs, Fig Rolls and Ms. Cupcake‘s Red Velvet Cookie Sandwich, while Rosie did strenuous research to decide on Viennese Whirls, Chocolate Caramel Digestives, Pink Wafers, Jammy Dodgers and her friend Heather’s gingerbread. Party Rings, Jaffa Cakes, shortbread and Peanut Cookies had to settle for being honourable mentions.

Needle and Fed
Rosie has finished her Rico V Neck Baby Cardigan, at long last.

We love Chloe Giordano’s beautiful woodland embroidery.
